Used to be 5 stars until they started putting very little cheese and hardly any sauce. I called and complained and the girl lied to me and said that they have a set amount of cheese, BS! I have ordered over 50 pizzas from the Red Rock location in Reno NV. And every single one of them had a lot of cheese and sauce. Whatever Pizza Factory!
Message to the owner, If you want to be a cheapskate and rip people off then I will go somewhere else.
I love the Pizza Factory for this main reason " They truly care about the customers and community!" Some may have opinions on the food, but as to the owners, employees and all around restaurant service, they are GREAT! Also, their food is FRESH! They use healthy meat from Kanab that comes from organic and humane treated animals. They make their dough from scratch. Most everyone can agree the bread sticks are to die for! So, support a great restaurant who gives back to others!
